====== Energy efficiency cost ======
The energy efficiency cost is a cost difference between the reference scenario, which has the highest energy demand (Business as Usual), and the other two scenarios (Political measures of the Federal Council-PFC and New Energy Policies-NEP). Thus the energy efficiency cost for the Business as Usual scenario is 0. The cost is divided in two groups: private households and industry&services.

The displayed value by the calculator corresponds to an scenario or an interpolation between two of them. The chosen value depends on the input of the user. The cost differences for building refurbishment and new buildings depend on the [[building_efficiency_more|Building:specific demand]] slider, while the cost differences for air conditioning/ventilation and appliances vary with the [[appliances_efficiency_more|Appliances: specific demand]] slider.
